We are all used to politicians elaborating a bit on stories (Joe Biden is the king of this), but who would have guessed that Michelle Obama would manage such an embarrassing display:

Um. Ew. Oof.
Mrs. Obama was 20 years old when Lewis first competed in the Olympics in 1984.
Good grief. How hard would that have been to check? It's simple math.
I don't know about you, but I miss Laura Bush.
