Kerry, Veterans and the Catholic Church

Isn't it interesting that 2 of the major parts of Kerry's life, veterans and the Catholic church, have had groups loudly coming out against him. You don't see that with Bush. No national guardsman came out to dishonor his service. No part of the Protestant church has said he shouldn't receive communion for his beliefs. Doesn't it say alot about Kerry and Bush right there?

I heard John O'Neil on the radio today answering questions from Kerry supporters. I was impressed that he had concrete answers to every single question. It was also clear that he has not been political. He said if Kerry was running as a Republican he would have followed the same path. It wasn't just one thing that Kerry mislead about , but many many things. There was a pattern of misinformation, distortions, and lies. And Kerry would probably have gotten away with all the exaggerations with his own exploits, but when he accused the other veterans of being war criminals, they felt they had to speak out. It only matters so much as Kerry has made it matter. He is the one who asks us to elect him as a war hero.
