Governor of Arizona Janet Napolitano, Obama's pick for homeland security secretary, thought so. She declared that her state would not cooperate with this major domestic security initiative recommended by the 9-11 commission. It's called the Real ID drivers’ license program.

Oh, did I mention that as homeland security secretary she will run the program?

So, I think we can all expect top notch security in this area..........not.
