Co. Mike Beech, commander of the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4 Infantry Division, hands the ceremonial "key" to Forward operating Base Camp Honor to Col. Mohammed Wasif, commander of the Iraqi's Army 5th Brigade during a transition of authority ceremony. The handover marks another step toward the goal of putting Iraq troops in charge of their nation's security.
