The Jeff Gannon story that won't go away.....

This Jeff Gannon thing sure has the leftwing blogger's panties in a wad. Jeff over at PW has his funny but naughty (be warned!) take on it. Poor Jawa Report is being swarmed by moonbats! Wizbang discusses how the dems are so wrong on this. Just One Minute asks why the NY Times is listening to Kos on this.via BA. Ace has his take on it as well. Here is what I had to say about it Thursday.

It seems that what is driving the leftwing bloggers crazy is that we are sticking up for this guy. They have accused him of being a "gay hooker" and having something to do with the Plame/CIA affair. I haven't seen any evidence of either. Even if true, it doesn't mean he can't get a press pass. Ameriblog seems to have some racy pics of Jeff Gannon but I didn't bother clicking on them. The lefties seem to think that it is hypocritical for us to defend someone who doesn't espouse "family values."

When did we ever claim to be perfect? I don't like what this guy seems to be doing, but it is his life. I don't think a wild sex life posed a danger to the President at the press conference Gannon attended. Contrary to what lefties may think, we don't make sure a person is sinless before they enter the press room. If that were true, no one would be there.

Let's just get to the truth of the matter. What the leftwing bloggers are really mad about is the question Gannon asked. Saying that the democrats were "divorced from reality" was just too much for them. How dare he??? Only rude leftwing spun questions are allowed in there!!!!!

I know I am just adding to this. But we seriously need to let this one go. I am just wondering if Gannon is somewhere curled in a fetal position at his mom's house or racking up some serious $$$$ for dates. I am also wondering if he has any idea how much we are sticking up for his sinful ass...;-)
